Print on Demand

All apparel and stationary items for sale in our store are print on demand. Meaning that once the order is placed, the work will start on creating the products in your order.  This could mean longer turnaround times to receive your order in the mail.  Turnaround times could take up to 1-2 weeks. Please know that we are working as quickly as possible behind the scenes to fulfill items as quickly as possible. In the event of a return/refund, please reach out to chokeholddesignfactory@gmail.com. 

• Due to our store being print on demand, there are no returns on products.
• However, refunds will be issued in the event of an item arriving damaged upon arrival, you must contact us within 30 days of order date. To start the discussion around a refund, you must take a picture of the product, and your order number must be sent to chokeholddesignfactory@gmail.com.  

Custom Orders 

• For all custom orders, please contact us at chokeholddesignfactory@gmail.com and provide us with details of your needs, and we will respond within one business day.
• Pricing and Estimates are based on information provided, prior to work starting on proofs to ensure both parties are ok with moving forward.
• Proofs will be provided of artwork prior to printing for sign off/approvals.  Iterations of the design will continue until you are 100% satisfied with the proof.  
• Depending on order, turnaround times can be 2-3 weeks from signing off on the proof.
• There is NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES on custom orders.
